CleanTech™ Megacenter
Overview
The CleanTech™ Megacenter is a versatile, industrial-grade laser system for parts cleaning, rust removal, and surface conditioning, featuring a substantial 36” x 36” work area. It seamlessly integrates into production lines or functions as a standalone unit. This advanced system employs a 5-axis design, combining 3 mechanical XYZ axes with 2 optical XY axes, making it ideal for a variety of materials, especially reflective metals.
Certified as a Class IV laser by the CDRH, the Megacenter meets stringent safety standards outlined in 21 CFR 1040.10. It includes a safety interlock system to prevent accidental laser exposure, manual reset for electrical power, a key-locked power switch, and a remote interlock connector for enhanced security.
Semi-Automatic
Dual-Axis
Finishing
The system features a fume extractor outlet, durable powder coating for radiation protection, and a Class IV compliant, yellow transparent acrylic viewing port for safe process monitoring and alignment. Additionally, it’s equipped with audio-visual emission indicators and a five-second delay setting for operational safety.

Technical Specifications
Semi-Automatic
A Semi-automatic laser system requires an operator to control the process, either by physically operating the laser head on the part or remotely using a joystick to control a robotic arm mounted laser.
Dual-Axis
A Dual-Axis laser has an optical pattern that is shaped like a box. It will clean the part faster and can handle complex shapes better than a single axis laser.
Finishing
Finishing lasers are suited for handling small projects with ease and produce a fine, texturized finish to the target surface.
