WeldTech LPC-1500-LWS
Overview
The WeldTech LPC-1500-LWS Laser Welding System is a 1500 watt high-performance, maintenance-free advanced laser welding machine. The low heat input and extensive material and thickness capabilities increase productivity, repeatability, and improve weld quality for operators of all skill levels. The 1500-LWS is up to 4 times faster than traditional welding methods. This welder operates with low radiation, making it environmentally friendly.
With WeldTech’s 24 pre-set material modes, users only need to select the metal (steel, aluminum, copper, etc.) and its thickness, and the system will automatically set the optimal laser parameters. A wire feeder and a set of rollers for different welding wire widths is also included with the WeldTech 1500 LWS system.

Easy To Use
The WeldTech 1500w system belongs to Class IV laser products and is designed and tested with safety in mind. This portable, lightweight system can complete the welding process without the use of flammable gas or electrodes. The welding is performed through a direct heat dissipation method, providing for a safer, more environmentally friendly process. As an added benefit, the weld lines don’t require thorough preweld cleaning, as the laser beam removes layers of oxides and dirt from the metal surface during the welding process.
