CleanTech Blasting Cabinet Components
Fume Extractor & Blast Cabinet Dust Collector:
Blast cabinet dust collection and hazardous fume exposure can be major health and safety concerns for operators using most traditional abrasive blasting cabinets. These are not a problem with the CleanTech Laser Blaster Cabinet thanks to the optional fume extractor and blast cabinet dust collector. Blast Cabinet:
When it comes to blasting cabinets, the key piece is the blast cabinet itself. The body of the blaster cabinet is an enclosed 30” x 26” work area behind laser safety glass. It features a remote interlock connection to prevent any possible accidental exposure to excess laser radiation
Blast Cabinet Gun:
The second component is the blast cabinet gun. This handheld laser head is easy to operate inside the system’s enclosure and contains a pulsed fiber laser that can be customized to best fit any application. Adding to its flexibility, available power outputs range from a 50-Watt finishing class laser to a 300-Watt conditioning class laser
